At Town Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wardrobe additions. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
